Founded in 1982, we’ve been offering affordable townhouse living in Bramalea for over 40 years,  run by the people who live here, for the people who live here.

Our name means ‘by the mill’ in Dutch. A nod to this neighbourhood’s roots. Our values run just as deep. We are a not-for-profit cooperative of 98 families in Brampton who share ownership, share responsibility, and share a commitment to affordable, community-centred living.
